实时融合导航与三维可视化技术在模拟微创肿瘤治疗中的应用
Application of the Real-time Fusion Navigation and 3D Visualization for Minimally Invasive Gynecology
【摘要】 验证实时融合导航及三维重建技术在妇科肿瘤微创手术中的精准定位功能。在30个离体猪心内分别埋入直径为3mm的金属小钢球,并进行CT扫描及CT数据集的三维重建等处理。由五位医学院学生和五位妇科临床医生参与,分组在二维实时超声影像及自主研发的实时融合导航系统的辅助下,对30个离体猪心进行模拟妇科子宫穿刺手术操作。实验结果表明,三维影像导航组操作的穿刺针的定位精度高于其他两组;利用实时融合导航与三维重建技术联合应用的辅助功能,可明显提高妇科临床医生及医学院学生的穿刺操作定位精度。
【Abstract】 To verify the precise positioning of the real-time fusion navigation and 3D visualization in the minimally invasive gynecology,the 3-mm stainless steel pellets were inserted into the 30 vitro porcine hearts randomly.After CT scanning,the CT datasets of the porcine hearts with the stainless steel pellets were processed for 3D reconstruction.The punctures of the simulation uterus have been operated into the porcine hearts with the aid of the real-time fusion navigation system.The punctures experiments were divided into three groups,and we made the statistical analysis of the experimental results obtained by five medical students and five gynecologists.The experimental results showed that the accuracy of punctures of the 3D imaging navigation group was significantly higher than that of other groups,and the puncture precision of the operative procedure of the medical students and gynecologists can be improved with the aid of the real-time fusion navigation system.
