【摘要】 中华医学会骨科学分会及《中华骨科杂志》编辑部于2015年5月启动"中国骨科大手术静脉血栓栓塞症预防指南更新"项目,该项目以2009版指南为基础,以最新发布的美国胸科医师协会抗栓与血栓预防指南第9版和美国医师协会指南为参考,收集近年来的相关循证医学证据,经骨科专家及相关领域专家讨论形成现有版本即2016版《中国骨科大手术静脉血栓栓塞症预防指南》,本文对2016版指南的更新内容进行解读,以期准确理解和掌握《中国骨科大手术静脉血栓栓塞症预防指南》,从而对骨科大手术静脉血栓栓塞症预防的临床决策起到指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese Medical Sciences Branch of the bone and " Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics" editorial started "Chinese orthopedic surgery VTE prevention guidelines update" project in May 2015,which was to guide the 2009 edition as the basis,the latest release of the American College of Chest physicians guidelines for the prevention of thrombosis and antithrombotic 9th Edition and the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons guidelines as a reference,collect relevant evidence based medicine in recent years,by orthopedic specialists and experts in related fields to discuss the formation of the existing version of that is the 2016 edition of " Chinese major orthopedic surgery of venous thromboembolism prevention guidelines"(hereinafter referred to as the new guidelines),the new guidelines update the contents of this interpretation,in order to accurately understand and grasp.
