【摘要】 探讨CC修饰趋化因子11(CCL11)在结肠癌(CRC)患者血清中的表达情况及临床意义。分别采用qRT-PCR和ELISA法检测100例术前CRC及30例健康志愿者血清样本中CCL11mRNA及蛋白的表达,分析血清CCL11蛋白表达与患者临床特征及预后间的相关性。CCL11在CRC患者血清中高表达(P<0.05),并与肿瘤淋巴结转移及高TNM分期呈显著正相关(P<0.05);血清CCL11蛋白高表达的患者3年生存率低于CCL11蛋白表达阴性患者(P<0.05)。CCL11在CRC患者血清中表达上调,血清高水平CCL11蛋白表达与肿瘤恶性临床病理特征及不良预后有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the serum level of C-C motif chemokine 11(CCL11)and its prognostic significance in human colorectal carcinoma(CRC).The authors collected 100 CRC patients and 30 normal volunteers serum samples between March 2010 and March 2012.The mRNA and protein expression of CCL11 was detected by qRT-PCR and ELISA.The relationship between CCL11 and clinical features were analyzed by student-t test.Kaplan-Meier survival curves were drawn to describe the prognostic effects of CCL11 expression.The serum expression level of CCL11 was significantly higher in CRC patients than in normal volunteers(P<0.05).The high expression of CCL11 protein was positively correlated with lymphatic metastasis and advanced TNM stage(Ⅲ + Ⅳ stage,P<0.05).Both the 3-year overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate are lower in CCL11 positive expression group than those in CCL11 negative expression group.The serum level of CCL11 is significantly higher in colorectal carcinoma tissues than in tumor adjacent tissues,and the high level of CCL11 is associated with malignant clinicopathological features and lower survival rate.CCL11 may be an effective diagnosis and prognosis marker for CRC patients.更多还原
