【摘要】 探讨Ⅲ A型慢性前列腺炎与男性不育症关系。测定了150例Ⅲ A型慢性前列腺炎患者与对照组的精液质量,精液中前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、前列腺酸性磷酸酶(PAP)和Zn水平及前列腺按摩液、精液中TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6水平。结果患者与对照组的精液量、液化时间和精子活动力的差异有统计学意义,患者PSA含量、PAP含量和Zn含量均显著低于CP可育组与对照组(P<0.01)。患者前列腺按摩液和精液中TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6水平均显著高于正常对照组。Ⅲ A型慢性前列腺炎可导致男性精液参数变化,引起前列腺液的特征性分泌物水平改变,影响相关炎症递质分泌,与男性不育症具有较高的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the correlation between Ⅲ A chronic prostatitis and male infertility,a total of 150 cases of male patients with Ⅲ A chronic prostatitis and 30 normal controls were analyzed with parameters including semen quality,secretion of prostatic fluid(PSA,PAP and Zn),and expression of inflammatory mediator factors(TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6).The volume of semen,liquefying time and sperm viability in patients with Ⅲ A chronic prostatitis varied significantly from those of health controls.The concentration of PSA,PAP and Zn of patients with Ⅲ A chronic prostatitis and male infertility was significantly higher than patients with Ⅲ A chronic prostatitis and male fertility as well as the controls(P<0.01).Whether male infertility or male fertility groups,patients with Ⅲ A chronic prostatitis have been observed with higher expression of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 in both prostatic fluid and semen,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Ⅲ A chronic prostatitis would result in alteration of semen quality,change the secretion of prostatic fluid and influence the expression of inflammatory mediator factors,and thus appear significant positive correlation with male infertility.更多还原
