【摘要】 目的:探讨医院医用耗材的职能管理部门在国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(JCI)标准认证全过程中的管理模式。方法:遵照JCI标准不断规范和完善医院高值医用耗材的配供流程,以最大限度地减少占用资源,降低管理成本,以供应链管理模式进一步强化医用耗材使用的安全性和可靠性;以高值医用耗材为切入点,分析目前耗材管理中存在的通性问题。结果:通过分析医院实际医疗耗材供应中的问题,结合JCI标准中倡导的供应链管理理论,实现对医院资源规划(HRP)系统的应用,创新性提出高值医用耗材的管理模式。结论:基于JCI标准的高值医用耗材供应链管理模式可为促进公立医院医用耗材管理的现代化管理提供可行方案,对于医院高值医用耗材供应链的科学管理具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Explores management mode of high-value medical consumables with high-value medical consumables based on JCI standards.Methods: follows the JCI standards to standardize and perfect the process of hospital high value medical consumables continually in the whole process of JCI certification,in order to maximally reduce the occupied resources and management costs,and further strengthen the safety and reliability of medical consumables in the mode of supply chain management.Results: This research innovatively setup a management mode of high-value medical consumables with high-value medical consumables as a starting point,based on the analysis of existing consumables management continuity problems,through the analysis of the hospital medical consumables supply problems,combined with theory of supply chain management advocated by JCI standards and HRP system application.Conclusion: The aim is to provide a feasible scheme and reference for the modern management model of current public hospital medical consumables management,and illustrate the guidance and promotion of JCI standard in high-value medical consumables supply chain management model.更多还原
