【摘要】 目的探讨唐昌蒲伯克霍尔德菌对各种消毒剂的抗性。方法试验选用新洁尔灭、洗必泰、碘伏3种消毒剂,依据GB 15979-2002《一次性卫生用品卫生标准》及《消毒技术规范》2002年版,对唐昌蒲伯克霍尔德菌及铜绿假单胞菌(ATCC 15442)进行了杀菌性能的测试。结果唐昌蒲伯克霍尔德菌对于3种消毒剂的抗性均大于铜绿假单胞菌。结论唐昌蒲伯克霍尔德菌对消毒剂产生抗性的问题应引起人们足够重视。以苯扎氯铵为主要杀菌成份的卫生用品,应考虑适当提高使用浓度,或者选用其他消毒剂,以确保产品使用的安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the resistance of B.gladioli to several disinfectants. Methods Bromogeramine,chlorhexidine and iodophor were used to test the germicidal performance of B.gladioli and Pseudomonas aeruginosaaccording to GB 15979-2002 Hygiene Standards for Disposable Hygiene Products and 2002 edition of Technical Standard for Disinfection. Results The resistance of B.gladioli to three disinfectants was greater than that of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion The problem of B.gladiol resistant to disinfectants should be get enough attention.To ensure the safe and effective use of the product,the concentration should be improved or other disinfectants should be chosen.更多还原
