【摘要】 目的分析威海市疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的发生特征,评价预防接种的安全性。方法通过全国AEFI信息管理系统,收集2011~2014年威海市报告的AEFI个案数据,进行描述性行流行病学分析。结果 2011~2014年,全市共报告AEFI 1 193例,报告发生率为38.86/10万剂。其中一般反应1 008例,报告发生率为32.84/10万剂;异常反应172例,报告发生率为5.60/10万剂,偶合症12例,报告发生率为0.39/10万剂。报告例数较多的为DTP(397例,33.28%)、DT(138例,11.57%)、MR(108例,9.05%)。报告发生率较高的疫苗为DTaP-IPV-HiB(287.61/10万剂)、DT(178.39/10万剂)、PPV23(177.82/10万剂)。男性占55.32%;以0~2岁以内儿童为主,占81.39%。一般反应以发热/红肿/硬结(83.47%)为主;异常反应以过敏性皮疹(6.95%)、荨麻疹(3.05%)、卡介苗淋巴结炎(1.69%)为主。异常反应报告发生率居前的分别为过敏性皮疹(2.67/10万剂)、荨麻疹(1.17/10万剂)、卡介苗淋巴结炎(0.65/10万剂)。结论威海市AEFI监测灵敏性较高,各类疫苗的不良反应发生率均在预期范围内,疫苗安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the features of adverse event following immunization surveillance in Weihai city,and evaluate the immunization safety. Methods AEFI data in Weihai city,2011-2014 were collected through the national AEFI information system.The descriptive methodology was used in the study. Results A total of 1 193 AEFI cases were reported,the reported incidence rate was 38.86/105,of which,1 008 AEFI cases were common,minor reactions,the reported incidence rate was 32.84/105,172 AEFI cases were rare,serious reactions,the reported incidence rate was 5.60/105,12 cases were coupling,the reported incidence rate was 0.39/105.The vaccines with more reported cases were DPT(397cases,33.28%),DT(138cases,11.57%),and MR(108cases,9.05%),The vaccines with higher reported incidence rate were DPT-IPV-HIB(287.61/105),DT(178.39/105),and PPV23(177.82/105).The males accounted for 55.32% of all AEFI.Most cases were in children under 2years old,accounting for 81.39%.The common minor vaccine reactions were mainly fever/local swelling/indurations.The main rare,more serious vaccine reactions were anaphylactic rash(2.67/105),urticaria(1.17/105),and lymphadenitis of BCG(0.65/105). Conclusion The sensitivity of AEFI surveillance is high in Weihai city,the estimated reporting rate of vaccine reactions aere expected.The safety of vaccine is better.更多还原
