【摘要】 目的:通过调查目前我国临床实践指南的使用情况和存在的问题,为本土化临床指南评价体系的构建提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查法,对全国800名医务人员使用临床实践指南现状及需求进行调查。结果:有97.95%的医务人员使用过临床实践指南,临床路径类指南是使用最多的指南类型,指南发布渠道不通畅和版本参差不齐是其获取和利用最突出的问题,及时更新的临床指南需求得分最高,36.5%的医务人员认为非常有必要对指南进行评价。结论:医务人员对指南价值持认可态度,他们更倾向于使用基于大量临床证据的指南,我国指南的开发程序还有待完善和公开,同时也需要一个本土化的指南评价工具来遴选优质指南。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide reference for the construction of local clinical guideline assessment system by investigating the use of clinical practice guidelines in China and its related problems. Methods The use and demand of clinical practice guidelines in 800 domestic medical staff were investigated with questionnaire. Results The clinical practice guidelines were used by 97. 95% of the 800 domestic medical staff. The commonly used clinical practice guideline was the clinical approach guideline. Obstructive release channel and uneven versions of the guidelines were the prominent problems in obtaining and accessing them. The highest score was the demand of timely updated clinical guidelines,and 36. 5% of the staff considered that it was very necessary to assess the guidelines. Conclusion Although medical staff approve of the value of clinical practice guidelines,but they favor to use the clinical evidence-based guidelines. The clinical practice guidelines in China need to be perfected and popularized,and a local guideline assessment tool is needed for selecting excellent guidelines.更多还原
