【摘要】 深化医药卫生体制改革的重点是公立医院改革,公立医院改革的重中之重则是县级公立医院改革。广东省某县级公立医院在医药卫生体制改革中采取政校合作模式,通过经营权和所有权移交、深化人事制度改革、进行学科共建等,提高了医疗服务质量,减轻了公众就医负担,建立了专科人才梯队,区域联合体发展逐渐成熟。在此基础上,提出县级公立医院改革政校合作模式进一步需要解决的政府相关政策配套不到位、财政补偿机制不健全、医院内部改革有阻力等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Furthering of the Health Reform was focused on the reform of public hospitals,but the key reform of public hospitals was the county public hospital reform. A certain county public hospital in Guangdong province used government-school cooperation mode to improve medical service quality,reduce the burden of public medical treatment and establish specialized personnel echelon by transferring management rights and ownership,deepening personnel system reform and conducting discipline co- construction work. Regional consortium development gradually matured. The problems of the county public hospital government-school cooperation mode reform for further development were put forward on this base.更多还原
