【摘要】 目的:了解医务人员对医务社会工作者的需求情况及影响因素,为医院引入医务社会工作者提出合理化建议。方法:通过方便抽样法对北京市某医院医务人员发放调查问卷进行调查。结果:本次调查共发放问卷182份,回收有效问卷150份,有效回收率为82.4%。医务人员对医务社会工作者的需求得分中位数为13分(满分为19分),需求水平较高;女性、初级职称的医务人员对医务社会工作者的需求程度较高(P<0.05)。认知得分为4分(2),不同认知程度的医务人员的需求得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响医务人员对医务社会工作者需求情况的logistics回归分析显示,认知得分和职称对需求具有独立影响(P<0.05),不同认知水平和职称的医务人员需求得分有显著差异,认知水平越高,职称越低,需求水平越高。结论:医务人员对医务社会工作者需求程度较高,医院引入医务社会工作者十分必要,同时需要加强医务社会工作知识的宣传,提高医务人员的认知水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To know the demand for medical social workers among medical staffs and influence factors,then give reasonable advice to hospitals. Methods: The clinicians selected by convenient sampling method in a certain hospital in Beijing were asked to complete a selfdesigned questionnaire. Results: We totally gave out 182 questionnaires and regained 150 copies,the effective recovery was 82.4%. The median of requirement score in medical staffs was 13 in total 19,which was relatively high. The clinicians in different groups had a significant difference on requirement level( P<0.05). The female and the primary staffs had stronger demands. The score of knowledge was 4( 2) and the medical staffs with different cognition had a large difference in demand. The logistics regression showed that cognition score and position had independent influence on demand( P< 0.05). The higher score of cognition and lower position,the stronger demand they had. Conclusion: The requirement of medical social workers among medical staffs was high,so there was a large necessary for hospitals to bring in the medical social workers. We need to strengthen the propaganda about medical social work to improve clinicians’ knowledge.更多还原
