【摘要】 专科医师制度建设对提高医师执业能力和保证医疗质量具有重要作用,这一制度是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要内容之一。对部分国家的专科医师管理制度进行文献分析与比较归纳,发现各国专科设置数量差异较大;国外专科医师培训时间长,大多数国家医学生在完成学校教育后还需取得培训的合格证书,培训门槛高、理论与实践并重;专科医师认证机构主要是独立于政府和卫生行政机构的第三方以及与卫生行政部门有联系的医学会。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of medical specialist system is very important and significant for physicians’ to improve operation ability and ensure the medical quality. The medical specialist system is one of the important contents of deepening medical and health system reform. The medical specialist system in some typical countries were analyzed and compared in this paper. The main characteristics of the specialist system can be summarized as different number of specialist setting in different countries,long time training,high standard and equal stress on both theory and practice,mainly the independent third party or medical association which is linked to health administrative department as the medical specialist certification authority.更多还原
