【摘要】 现阶段我国农村卫生服务网络出现协同缺失的问题,主要体现在农村卫生服务机构连续性弱化、人际连续性断裂、信息连续性缺失以及学科连续性薄弱。本文分析造成以上4个方面问题的原因,提出明确农村三级医疗机构的服务定位,完善对口支援制度建设;完善分级诊疗体系,加强医疗机构培训监管;加强信息化基础设施建设,实现信息互联互通;加大资金投入,强化公共卫生服务职能等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The health service network in rural areas of China lacks coordination currently,mainly reflecting the weakness or fracture of the institutional,interpersonal,informative and disciplinary continuity. This article analyzes the problems and their sources of continuity of rural health service network from four aspects of institutions,the interpersonal,information and discipline,and puts forwards four countermeasures to solve the problems,such as defining the service orientation of the rural three- level medical institutions,completing the hierarchical diagnostic system,strengthening the supervision of medical institutions training,strengthening the construction of information infrastructure,realizing the interconnection of information,increasing the capital investment,and strengthening the public health service function.更多还原
