【摘要】 目的:了解丽水市农村空巢老人的健康状况及影响因素。方法:从丽水市农村抽取334名老人,使用健康调查简表(SF-36)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查其健康状况及其影响因素。结果:丽水市农村空巢老人心理健康总分,活力、情感职能、精神健康等维度评分,以及社会支持评分均显著低于非空巢老人。社会支持总分、年龄、慢性病或严重疾病患病情况、婚姻状况以及体育锻炼等是影响生理健康的因素,社会支持总分、年龄、慢性病或严重疾病患病情况、空巢生活时间、兴趣爱好以及体育锻炼等是影响心理健康的因素。结论:丽水市农村空巢老人生活质量低于非空巢老人,应通过综合措施加强对空巢老人的关爱和社会支持,提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors of the empty nesters in rural communities in Lishui city.Methods: A total of 334 elder people were investigated with the Medical Outcomes Study 36- Items Short- Form for Health Survey( SF- 36),Social Support Rating Scale( SSRS). Results: The empty- nesters graded lower in items such as psychological health,activity,emotion function,mental health,and social support than the non- empty nesters. Factors such as score of social support,age,sickness status,marriage status and physical exercise had an effect on empty nesters’ physical health. And the empty nesters’ psychological health were affected by score of social support,age,sickness status,time span of being empty- nester,personal hobbies and physical exercise. Conclusion: The empty nesters had a lower level of quality of life than the non- empty nesters. Multi- means should be applied to care and support the empty nesters,so as to improve their quality of life.更多还原
