【Abstract】 The task of alleviating poverty is formidable in Yunnan as the province has a large poor population over extensive areas and the degree of their poverty is mostly serious.The challenging aim of complete shaking off poverty by 2020 makes necessary fast and efficient programs of ordered priority.That,however,is hard to ensure all poor people can get rid of their poverty.Therefore,we need to select a strategy that is fast,efficient and at the same time can ensure general poverty shaking-off of the entire poor population.更多还原
