【摘要】 目的评价山西省2014年省、市、县三级碘缺乏病实验室尿碘、盐碘、水碘检测能力,以促进检测水平不断提高,为碘缺乏病的流行病学监测和防治决策提供可靠的实验室质量保障。方法尿碘检测结果采用Z比评分法、盐碘和水碘检测结果采用标准参考值±不确定度进行统计学评价,所有考核结果评价均来自国家碘缺乏病参照实验室的年度考核结果通报。结果省级和11个市级实验室均参加尿碘、盐碘、水碘考核,结果反馈率为100%,考核合格率为100%;全省119个县级实验室全部参加盐碘考核,反馈率和合格率均为100%。结论山西省各级碘缺乏病实验室的检测能力均通过了外质控考核,全部合格,应继续保持,并深入持久地开展质量控制工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the ability of testing the concentration of urinary iodine,salt iodine and water iodine at provincial,municipal and county third-level iodine deficiency disorder laboratories in Shanxi province in 2014,to facilitate the improvement of detection level,and to provide a reliable laboratory quality assurance for the epidemiological surveillance and control of iodine deficiency disorder. Methods The testing results of urinary iodine are statistically assessed with Z score method,and salt iodine and water iodine are with reference value±uncertainty. All evaluations are from the Annual Briefing of National Reference Laboratory of China for iodine deficiency disorder.Results All 1 provincial and 11 municipal laboratories take part in the evaluation of testing of urinary iodine,salt iodine and water iodine. Both the feedback rate and qualified rate of the testing results are 100%. All 119 county laboratories take part in the evaluation of testing of salt iodine. The feedback rate and qualified rate are both 100% also.Conclusions The levels of testing capabilities in iodine deficiency disorder laboratories in Shanxi had passed the external quality control assessment,and all qualified. We should continue to carry out the quality control assessment in a sustained manner.更多还原
