阿尔茨海默病生物标志物及其在新药研发中的应用
Biomarkers of Alzheimer’s Disease and Their Applications in the Development of New Drugs
【摘要】 理想的生物标志物是实现阿尔茨海默病(AD)早期精确诊断和预测疾病发展的重要前提。新版AD诊断标准从临床无症状期到痴呆阶段的区分也有赖于生物标志物的应用。介绍目前临床应用的AD生物标志物及其在药物研发中的应用,重点对AD血液生物标志物研究的现状和瓶颈进行综述。
【Abstract】 Ideal biomarkers are critical to precise diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease(AD) at early stage and prediction of disease progression.Newly issued diagnostic guidelines for AD also depends on biomarkers to identify different stages of AD from asymptomatic stage to dementia.In this paper,AD biomarkers used in current clinical practice were reviewed with emphasis on recent advances and bottlenecks in the research of blood-based AD biomarkers.
