【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定口腔溃疡膜中克霉唑和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法:采用Agilent Zobax SB-C₁₈柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液（70∶30,用10%磷酸溶液调pH为5.7⁵.8）为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,紫外检测波长为230nm。结果:克霉唑在84.35⁴21.8μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 7）,平均回收率为（100.1±1.5）%（n=9）;地塞米松磷酸钠在5.70²8.52μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为（102.0±0.8）%（n=9）。结论:本方法操作简便,准确性好,适用于口腔溃疡膜的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of clotrimazole and dexamethasone sodium phosphate contents in oral ulcer film.Methods:An Agilent Zobax SB-C₁₈column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.05mol/L KH2PO4solution（70∶30,the pH value was adjusted to 5.7-5.8by 10% phosphoric acid solution）at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min,and the detection wave-length was 230 nm.Results:Clotrimazole and dexamethasone sodium phosphate displayed good linearity within the ranges of 84.35-421.8 μg/ml（r=0.999 7）and 5.70-28.52μg/ml（r=0.999 7）,the average recoveries were（100.1±1.5）% and（102.0±0.8）%（n=9）,respectively.Conclusion:This method was simple,accurate,and could be used for the quality control of oral ulcer film.更多还原
