【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC-ELSD法测定复方银灵通胶囊中银杏总内酯的含量。方法:采用Shim Pack VP-ODS C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温35℃,流动相为甲醇-四氢呋喃-水(25∶10∶65),流速1.0ml/min,用蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)检测。结果:银杏内酯A、B、C和白果内酯在指定范围内线性关系良好,精密度RSD均<3%。测定银杏总内酯的重复性RSD为1.7%。样品溶液在配制后8h内稳定性较好,平均回收率为101.5%(RSD=1.5%,n=6)。6批样品中银杏总内酯的含量均>0.1%。结论:该方法准确、简便、可靠,分离效果好,可用于复方银灵通胶囊的质量评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for content determination of ginkgolides in compound Yinlingtong capsules.Methods:The separation was performed on Shim Pack VP-ODS C18column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)at the column temperature of 35 ℃.The mobile phase was composed of methanol-tetrahydrofuran-water(25∶10∶65)at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min.Detection was made by using the evaporative light-scattering detector(ELSD).Results:The contents of ginkgo lactone A,B,C and bilobalide were in good linearity with peak areas.The precision RSD were all less than 3%.The repetion RSD of ginkgolides determination was 1.7%.Sample solution was stable within 8hours after preparation and the average recovery rate was 101.5%(RSD=1.5%,n=6).Contents of ginkgolides in 6batches of samples were all more than 0.1%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple,reliable,and could be used for quality control of compound Yinlingtong capsules.更多还原
