【Abstract】 Course system construction of medical jurisprudence major concerns the specifications and quality of talent cultivation in this major. And the survey of graduates offers reference to its course system reform, which should be perfected from the length of schooling, medical curriculum, legal curriculum and the combined curriculum of medicine and law, etc..
