【Abstract】 From the perspective of regulatory way, the government leading administrative controls is the main way in public hospitals in China at present, showing the properties of regulatory offside, dislocation and absence,which has become one of the obstacles for a smooth advance of medical reform, therefore the following measures should be taken to build a scientific and reasonable public hospital regulation system: clearing regulatory goals,scientifically defining the relationship between the government and public hospitals, establishing a multiple regulatory system, attaching importance to the evaluation role of independent third party, and strengthening self-discipline measures, etc..更多还原
