【摘要】 目的香棒虫草在山西晋南民间一带使用广泛,为发掘这一民间药学资源进行生药学研究。方法实地考察、性状鉴定、成分含量测定。结果探明了虫草生长的自然条件,对我省晋南产5种虫草进行了基原研究,对可供药用的虫草种类进行了腺苷、虫草素、多糖、虫草酸成分的研究,并进行了不同药用部位含量的比对。结论首次发现了1个新品种,黄褐异丽金龟Anomala exolenta Fald.幼虫感染香棒虫草菌Cordyceps barnesii Thwaites可以药用,为进一步开发利用和质量标准的制定提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pharmacognosy of Cordyceps Barnessii Thwaites, a resource of folk medicine widely used in the southern area of Shanxi province. Methods Field investigation, morphological identification, and examination of component content were used in the study. Results The natural growing condition of the Cordyceps Barnessii Thwaites was determined. Five kinds of Cordyceps produced in the southern area of Shanxi province were included in the original research. The components of adenosine, Cordycepin, polysaccharide and Cordy-cepic acid of the pharmaceutically acceptable Cordyceps were determined, and the contents at different medicinal parts were compared. Conclusion A new species, the Anomala exoleta Fald. larva infected Cordyceps Barnessii Thwaites was firstly found. It can be used for medicine, which provides a theoretical basis for further development of utilization and guide of quality standard.更多还原
