龙葵根拒食活性成分的稳定性研究
Study on stability of the antifeedant ingredient of the root of Solanum nigrum L.
【摘要】 通过生物测定研究光热及pH值对龙葵根有效成分生物活性的影响,结果表明:温度和pH值对龙葵根有效成分的生物活性影响较小,在70℃、pH值2的条件下保温8 h,其生物活性仅降低10.81%;光照对生物活性影响较大,阳光照射4 d后,其拒食率已降低19.32%。
【Abstract】 The influence of light shine,pH value and temperature on the active ingredient of the root of Solarium nigrum L.was examined by the bioassay.The results showed fhat temperature and pH value had small influence on the activity,and the activity decrease 10.81%when it was kept 8h in the condition of 70℃ and pH 2.The light shine had a relatively large influence on activity,and the antifeeding rate decreased 19.32%after 4-day shining.
