A~2/O污水处理工艺中污泥提浓与除磷的新方法

【摘要】 针对传统A~2/O污水处理工艺脱氮效果好而除磷效果不佳的原因,提出了以硫酸烧渣为原料制铁黑,与除磷剂复配,制备复合除磷提浓剂的方法;结合自制提浓机,实现了剩余污泥的快速提浓分离和A~2/O污水处理工艺的高效脱氮除磷.提浓后分离出的清水含磷量小于0.5 mg/L,清水可以直接排放,也可以返回处理系统,稀释进水,提高A~2/O污水处理系统的处理能力.

【Abstract】 The traditional A~2/O wastewater treatment process usually presents a good capability of nitrogen removal but a poor performance in phosphorus removal is poor. This paper reports a novel complex for simultaneously removing the phosphorus in water and concentrating the excess sludge,which is produced by compounding the iron oxide black obtained from the pyritic slag with the phosphorus removal agents. Using the composite agent,together with a home-made concentrator,the A~2/O wastewater treatment system realizes a fast enrichment and separation of excess sludge and an effective removal of nitrogen and phosphorus. After treatment,the phosphorus concentration in water is less than 0. 5 mg/L. The treated effluent could be discharged directly,or be reused to dilute the input water and improve the processing capacity of the A~2/O wastewater treatment system.
