ICP测定钒钛磁铁矿中的钒
Study on the Simultaneous Determination of Vanadium in Vanadium-titanium Magnetite by ICP-AES
【摘要】 建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钒钛磁铁矿中钒的方法,并确定了仪器分析的最佳条件,对测定介质、干扰等进行了系统研究。结果标明:在小于5%HNO3介质中,所用酸不影响测定;矿中常见铁离子的干扰,通过用盐酸进行预溶解去除,残留的基体元素对测定没有影响。采用上述条件测定了国家标准物质中的钒,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A simple method for the determination of trace vanadium by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)in vanadium-titanium magnetite sample was proposed.The sample melting method,the instrument optimum parameters and the interferences were systemically studied.The results showed that less than 5% HNO3 in medium won’t influence the results,and iron can be removed by hydrochloric acid.The accuracy and precision of this method were tested by national standard substances.
