【摘要】 生化实验室是基础医学教学、科研、学科建设乃至校企合作的重要场所。近年来,生化实验室硬件建设随着经济的发展而得到了较大的提升,但作为实验室建设核心的实验室队伍建设却依旧存在诸多问题和不足。结合生化实验室队伍建设理论与实践,以山西医科大学生化实验室队伍建设现状和存在问题为出发点,探讨完善生化实验室队伍建设的相关对策,以推动山西医科大学生化实验室队伍建设的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The biochemical laboratory of basic medicine is an important place for teaching,scientific research,disciplinary construction and university-enterprise cooperation. Although the hardware facility construction level of the biochemical laboratory has been greatly improved in recent years,problems and shortcomings still exist in laboratory team construction which is the core of the construction of laboratory. Relying on the theory and practice of biochemical laboratory team construction,based on present status and existing problems in the biochemical laboratory of Shanxi Medical University,this paper discussed the countermeasures of biochemical laboratory team construction for its further development.更多还原
