基于MATLAB的DIC方法位移测量教学实验研究

【摘要】 针对数字图像相关方法 (DIC),教学实验的图像实时采集及数据自动处理的测量需求,在DIC方法基本原理基础上,使用MATLAB编译可独立执行的单目相机位移测量软件。该软件操作界面简单,具有图像采集、相机标定、位移计算和变形曲线显示等功能。通过DIC实验装置进行位移测量实验,结果表明DIC方法与位移计吻合较好,充分验证编译的DIC位移测量软件的可靠性和有效性,可以很好满足DIC方法教学实验自动测量的需求。

【Abstract】 To meet the measurement requirement of real-time acquisition and automatic data processing of DIC teaching test,based on the principle of DIC,the displacement measurement software for a single CCD camera is compiled with MATLAB,which can be executed independently.This software interface is very simple and has the functions such as data sampling,camera calibration,displacement calculation and curve display.The displacement measurement test is conducted with DIC system,experimental results show that the measurement results of DIC method has the good agreement with that of displacement meter,this indicates that DIC displacement measurement software is reliable and effective,and can achieve automatic measurement of DIC teaching test.
