硅藻土/β-环糊精复合高吸水树脂的研究
Study of diatomite/β-cyclodextrin complex superabsorbent resin
【摘要】 采用水溶液聚合法,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,在丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚交联反应的基础上添加一定比例的硅藻土和β-环糊精(β-CD),制备硅藻土/β-环糊精复合高吸水树脂。考察了硅藻土与β-环糊精的质量比、单体质量比、交联剂的用量、引发剂用量、反应温度和丙烯酸中和度对复合树脂吸水率的影响。实验结果表明,当m(硅藻土)∶m(β-环糊精)=1∶3,m(AA):m(AM)=5∶1,w(交联剂)=0.04%,w(引发剂)=0.3%,反应温度T=75℃,AA中和度为70%时,复合高吸水树脂最大吸水率为783 g·g-1,最大吸盐水率为85 g·g-1。
【Abstract】 A superabsorbent resin was synthesized in N,N- methylene bis- acrylamide( NMBA) as crosslinker,potassium persulfate( KPS) as initiator,the acrylic( AA) and acrylamide( AM) copolymerization crosslinking reaction add a certain percentage based on the β-cyclodextrin and diatomite,synthetic diatomite / β-cyclodextrin superabsorbent composite.Effects of reaction temperature,diatomite and β-cyclodextrin mass ratio,acrylic acid neutralization degrees,the amount of initiator,the impact composite resin crosslinking agent for water absorption are investigated.Experimental results show that: when m( diatomite) ∶ m( β- cyclodextrin) = 1 ∶ 3,m( AA) ∶ m( AM) = 5 ∶ 1,w(crosslinking agent) = 0.04%,w( initiator) = 0.3%,the reaction temperature T = 75℃,AA degree of neutralization 70%,the corresponding composite superabsorbent maximum absorbency is 783 g ·g-1,the maximum absorption rate of saline is 85g·g-1.
