【摘要】 如何提高大型仪器设备的使用率与使用效益是高校实验设备管理工作中面对的关键问题。采用"为什么评析"、"评析什么"、"谁来评析"、"如何评析"的"4W"分析模式,通过明确评价动因、界定评价对象、理清评价主体、建立评价策略等方面实现大型仪器设备的效益评析,从而证实大型仪器设备的效益评价是提高其使用效益的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to improve the utilization and efficiency of using large equipment is a key issue in the laboratory equipment management of universities. This paper using "4W"analysis mode,which include "why analysis","analysis what","who is going to analysis","how to analysis",in order to realize analysis the benefit of large equipment through clear evaluation motivation,defining the evaluation object,clarify the evaluation subject,establish the evaluation strategy.
