小型光度计偏离朗伯-比耳定律因素的讨论

【摘要】 根据自主研发小型光度计的过程以及教学实践中的经验,提出和总结了一些分光光度计尤其是小型光度计偏离朗伯比耳定律的因素。比色皿差异使直线不经过原点,从而产生截距;半导体光敏元件的光电特性则产生检测下限差的偏离;光路不平行、仪器漏光及光源波长问题都会造成对朗伯-比耳定律的负偏离。还对上述负偏离产生的原因进行了讨论,并提出一些改进仪器线性性能的措施。

【Abstract】 According to the experience in teaching practice as well as the process of research and development of mini photometer,some factors of deviation from Lambert-Beer law were put forward and summarized. The difference of cuvettes leads the straight line not pass the origin,then produce the intercept,and the photoelectric properties of semiconductor photosensitive element effects detection limit. The problems of the light path which is not parallel,light leak and unseemliness of wave length of light source all can cause the negative deviation from Lambert-Beer law. In this paper the reasons of the deviation was also discussed,and some improvement measures were put forward.
