孔板在往复压缩机管道减振中的应用

【摘要】 针对往复压缩机管道振动超标的问题,通过测试关键测点的振动数据,结合管道结构的模态分析与气柱的声学分析,得出气流脉动是引起管道振动的主要原因。为了消减振动,在管道的适当位置安装恰当尺寸的孔板。完成整改后,再次对关键测点的振动水平进行测试,通过对比分析,数据显示,安装孔板后管道的振动情况明显改善,达到安全生产的要求。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of excessive vibration of the reciprocating compressor pipelines, the vibration data of the key mea-suring points were tested. Analysis of the test data and the modal analysis of the pipeline structure and acoustic analysis of gas col-umn showed that the major reason for the vibration of the pipelines is airflow pulsation. In order to reduce the vibration, appropriate size of orifice plates were installed in the appropriate position of pipelines. After completion of the rectification, the vibration data of the key measuring points were tested again. By comparison and analysis, the data indicated that vibration of the pipelines was signifi-cantly reduced after installing orifice plates. The operation condition meets the requirements of safe production.
