漆酶对酸性染料废水的脱色性能研究

【摘要】 采用漆酶DENILITEⅡ对酸性染液进行催化脱色。对于0.1 g/L酸性蓝80染液,单因素优化脱色工艺为:漆酶DENILITEⅡ1.0 g/L,p H=6,60℃处理7 min。在该工艺条件下,酸性蓝80染液的脱色率为77%;硫酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠均对酶活力有较大的影响,但在低浓度下影响较小。通过响应面优化法和回归分析,得出在染料质量浓度0.1 g/L,DENILITEⅡ1.2 g/L,p H=7,70℃处理7 min时,得到理论最大脱色率为79.4%。

【Abstract】 Laccase DENILITE Ⅱ was used for catalytic decolorization of acid dye. For the 0.1 g/L acid blue 80 dye, the decolorization process optimized by single factor was as follows: DENILITE Ⅱ 1.0 g/L, p H=6, temperature 60 ℃ and treatment time 7 min. Under the above conditions, the decolorization of acid blue 80 dye was 77%. Moreover, there was great influence of sodium sulfate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonate on the enzyme activity, but had little effect at low concentrations. Through response surface optimization and regression analysis, the theoretics maximum decolorization was 79.4% under the following conditions: acid blue 80 dye 0.1 g/L, DENILITE Ⅱ 1.2 g/L, temperature 70 ℃, p H=7, treatment time 7 min.
