水性聚氨酯/聚乙烯醇复合微孔膜在空气过滤材料上的应用
Application of waterborne polyurethane/poly(vinyl alcohol) composite microporous membrane used in air filtration material
【摘要】 采用溶剂-非溶剂法制备了水性聚氨酯/聚乙烯醇(WBPU/PVA)复合微孔膜,通过涂层在无纺布空隙间形成稳定的交联结构,并对样品进行红外光谱、SEM、力学性能、耐水性能、透气性和过滤性能的表征。结果表明,PVA的加入有利于复合微孔膜在纤维间的交联和微孔结构的调控,当m(WBPU)/m(PVA)=0.8/0.2时,涂层无纺布之间形成了良好的三维微孔膜结构,且微孔分布均匀,孔径均在2.5μm以下,PM2.5和PM10的过滤效率分别达到90.1%和90.5%。
【Abstract】 Solvent-nonsolvent method was adopted to prepare waterborne polyurethane(WBPU)/poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) composite microporous membrane. A stable crosslinking structure was formed between non-woven gaps by coating method. The membranes were characterized by FT-IR and SEM, and the mechanical properties, water resistance, breath-ability and filtration performance were tested. The results showed that PVA was beneficial to the crosslinking between the membrane and the fibers as well as the regulation of microporous. Not only three-dimensional microporous membrane structure was generated, but also the pore size were under 2.5μm when m(WBPU)/m(PVA) =0.8/0.2, PM2.5 and PM10 filtration efficiency were 90.1%and 90.5%, respectively.
