纳米层状二氧化锰去除水中罗丹明B的效能研究
Removal of Rhodamine B in water with nano layered manganese dioxide
【摘要】 采用环己醇还原高锰酸钾制备纳米二氧化锰,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对纳米二氧化锰进行了形貌和结构表征。采用静态吸附试验,研究了溶液p H、吸附剂用量、染料初始质量浓度和吸附时间等因素对二氧化锰吸附罗丹明B(Rh B)染料的影响。结果表明:制得的Mn O2为纳米层状颗粒,粒径主要分布在230477 nm,表面存在大量活性—OH,对Rh B的吸附迅速有效,适合处理染料废水。
【Abstract】 Nano layered manganese dioxide was successfully prepared through reduction of potassium permanganate by cyclohexanol. The morphology and structure of product was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), laser granulometer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The effects of solution p H, sorbent dosage, the initial concentration of Rhodamine B and adsorption time on the adsorption were investigated through static adsorption. The results indicated that the prepared Mn O2 was nano layered particles with 230477 nm of particle size distribution, and there were many active —OH groups on its surface. The adsorbent was found to adsorb Rhodamine B rapidly and effectively, which was suited for treatment of dyeing wastewater.
