【摘要】 目的分析眼睑肿瘤切除后缺损的修复方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析了我院8年间15例眼睑肿瘤的手术资料,并作随访。缺损以转瓣、皮片移植、自体睑板移植、自体硬腭黏膜移植、Hughes术、CutlerBeard术、Mustard术等多种成形技术修复。结果 15例中基底细胞癌7例,睑板腺癌4例,良性肿瘤4例。无一例感染或坏死。随访8~63个月,无一例转移。患者对外观满意。结论眼睑肿瘤切除后的缺损可由多种成形技术修复,需要术者灵活运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review and analyze the results of reconstruction of defects after eyelid tumor surgery.Methods This was a retrospective case series of 15 patients with eyelid tumor surgeries. Eyelid defects were reconstructed with different techniques,including flaps,free skin grafts,autogenous tarsal grafts,palatal mucosal grafts,Hughes procedures,Cutler-Beard procedures,and Mustard procedures. Results Among 15 cases,7 cases were basal cell carcinoma,4 cases were sebaceous gland carcinoma,4 cases were benign tumors. All defects healed without infection or necrosis. During 8 ~ 63 months follow-up,there was no metastasis. All patients were satisfied with the cosmesis.Conclusions Defects after eyelid tumor surgery could be reconstructed with different techniques.更多还原
