【Abstract】 Under the new normal, the afforestation work in the plain area of Jiangsu province is facing a series of new problems and new tasks, which urgent need to further play a decisive role in the market in the allocation of resources. On the basis of a brief introduction of market mechanism to promote afforestation work to break through the bottleneck and the basic principle, this paper focuses on the idea of the way to realize the greening of afforestation: understanding the ecological attributes and commodity attributes of plain forest, establishing the market oriented ecological construction financing channels, implementing the government purchase ecological attributes and liberalizing the commodity property, cultivating market players and creating a fair competitive environment.更多还原
