【摘要】 目的:探讨脑梗死采用丹红注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗的临床效果,及其对神经功能的影响。方法:在2015年3月至2016年3月本院收治的脑梗死患者中随机抽取110例,所有患者均经临床检查,确诊为脑梗死,患者及家属均知情同意。将110例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组(丹红注射液+依达拉奉注射液)与对照组(依达拉奉注射液)。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组、对照组临床总有效率分别为94.5%、74.5%,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者CSS评分、BI评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗4周后,两组患者CSS评分、BI评分均明显改善,但观察组优于对照组,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在脑梗死患者的临床治疗过程中,采用丹红注射液与依达拉奉注射液联合治疗,能获得较好的临床效果,可改善患者神经功能缺损情况,提升其日常生活能力,值得进行深入研究和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Dan red injection combined with edaravone injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its effect on neural function. Methods: 110 cases of cerebral infarction patients from March 2015-March 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected, and divided into observation group(Dan red injection with edaravone injection) and control group(edaravone injection). Therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group and control group were 94.5% and 74.5% respectively(P<0.05); Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in CSS grade, BI score(P>0.05); 4 weeks after treatment, CSS score, BI score in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the process of clinical treatment with cerebral infarction, the edaravone injection combined with Dan red injection can obtain good clinical effect, improve the patients’ neurologic deficits, and their ability of daily life, thus it is worth further research and promotion.更多还原
