钪对高压泵用2A12铝合金组织与性能的影响
Effects of Scandium Addition on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 2A12 Aluminum Alloy Used in High-pressure Pump
【摘要】 通过金相、能谱分析以及拉伸试验和硬度测试等方法,研究稀土元素钪的添加对高压泵用2A12铝合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,在高压泵用2A12铝合金中加入钪后,合金的微观组织及再结晶晶粒明显细化,合金的铸态及热处理态强度、硬度及断裂伸长率均有一定幅度的提高,当钪含量为0.4%时,对合金组织及力学性能的改善效果最佳。
【Abstract】 The effects of rare earth element scandium addition on the structure and mechanical properties of 2A12 aluminum alloy used in high-pressure pump are investigated by means of OM,SEM,EDS,the tensile test and hardness test. The results show that the microstructure and recrystallization grain size are refined with the scandium addition in 2A12 aluminum alloy used in high-pressure pump,the tensile strength, brinell hardness and elongation of the as-cast and heat treatment alloy are substantially improved,the optimal improvement on the microstructure and mechanical properties is achieved when the content of scandium is 0. 4%.
