【摘要】 目的:探索高职影像技术专业院校合作共建实训基地的创新模式,以提高职业技能为导向的实训教学模式设计。方法:制定人才培养标准,筹建校内X线摄影综合实训中心,模拟DR实训室,改进的CT实训室、制作仿真操作课件、微课和录像资料,优选实训医院。实训模式包括多媒体仿真观摩、模拟操作、开放校内实训室、PBL(problem based learning)教学法实训,校外医院实训分小组轮岗、院校教师共同带教。结果:学生职业技能明显提高,顶岗实习学生的留用率高,得到用人单位认可,学生和用人单位满意度较高。结论:院校结合共建实训基地的模式和仿真模拟相结合的实训方法对高职影像技术专业提高学生职业技能具有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mode for cooperated construction of practical training base by the hospital and advanced vocational medical imaging college so as to enhance ability-oriented teaching mode based on practical training. Methods Some measures were taken, including developing talent training specification, establishing intra-college practical training center for X-ray photograph, constructing DR practical training room, improving CT practical training room, preparing simulated operation courseware and video, and selecting training hospital. The training mode involved multi-media watching, simulated operation, PBL teaching, group-based worksharing in the hospital, cooperated teaching by the teachers from the hospital and college and etc. Results The skills of the student and the satisfaction of the hospital were both enhanced greatly, and the rate was increased also for the employment of the student. Conclusion The mode integrating simulated operation and practical training base constructed by the college and hospital is of great significance for the student cultivation of advanced vocational medical imaging specialty.更多还原
