【摘要】 目的:为克服常用的骨锉、刻度尺及手术刀柄等功能局限、体积膨松、无防护装置、易致锐器伤等弊端,研制一种模块化多功能骨锉尺。方法:参照国家标准,采用车铣、刨削、钻镗、冲压、倒角、抛光及激光拼焊等工艺,选用锥形、阶梯形、沙漏形、葫芦形、鹅头形、扁椭圆柱形、镂空形等依人机工程原理设计的结构,特设锉剥器、测探器具、穿引理丝器、纫针器、易装便卸式双面通用型手术刀柄、通用旋具及把持护盾,制成集骨锉、刻度尺等10余种矫外术械功能于一体的部件模块。结果:该骨锉尺可减轻术前备械及术后整理的工作量,提高手术质量和效能,提升医院或医疗队的应急卫勤保障功效。结论:该骨锉尺具有一械多用、通用性强、便携防丢、人机和谐、安全抗损及性价比高的特性,适用于处突创伤急救、灾害医学救援、野战外科、维和保障及巡回医疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a modular and multi-functional bone file ruler to eliminate the deficiencies of the existing apparatuses in function, volume, protection and sharp injury. Methods Based on related national standards, the ruler was completed with the techniques of turn-milling, planing, drilling and turning, stamping, chamfering, polishing and laser butt-welding as well as the ergonomicsbased structures of cone, step-like, hourglass-like, gourd-shaped, goose-head-like, elliptical cylinder, hollow shape and etc. Such accessories were designed specially as file stripping instrument, detecting tool, threader,detatchable double scalpel handle, universal screwdriver and shield so that the ruler was gifted with the functions of bone file,ruler and etc. Results The ruler decreased the workloads before and after the operation, while increased the efficacly of the operation. Conclusion The ruler behaves well in multi purpose, portability, ergonomics, safety and cost, and can be applied in disaster relief, field surgery, peace keeping and etc.更多还原
