气密型自净化传递窗的研制与应用

【摘要】 目的:研制一种应用于生物安全实验室的传递窗,以实现物品传递时相邻区域间的气密隔离,防止交叉污染。方法:对传递窗功能和主要技术指标进行分析设计,采用多层箱式密封结构,集成互锁门、空气循环净化系统、消毒和控制模块等,并对各模块进行详细设计。结果:对传递窗气密性、风量和换气次数以及洁净度等关键技术参数进行测试,均达到相关行业标准和设计要求。结论:该设备功能集成、结构紧凑、气密性好、综合集成度高,在重大课题研究和实验室建设中得到推广应用,可为我国实验室建设提供技术与装备支撑。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a pass box for biosafety laboratories in order to achieve airtight isolation between adjacent regions to pass items with cross-contamination prevented. Methods Through analysis and design functions and main technical indicators of pass box, multi-layer box sealing structure, integrated interlocking doors, air circulation purification systems,disinfection and control module were employed, and all parts were designed. Results The tested results of air tightness, air flow and air exchange rate as well as cleanliness and other key technical parameters of pass box met relevant industry standards and design requirements. Conclusion The device behaves well in integration, compactness and air tightness, and can be used widely in researches and laboratory construction to provide technical and equipment support for the construction of the laboratory in China.
