基于RFID技术的医疗设备质量追溯系统设计及应用
Design and application of medical equipment quality tracking system based on RFID technology
【摘要】 目的:开发基于无线射频识别(radio frequency identification,RFID)技术的医疗设备质量全寿命追溯系统,实现对医院医疗设备质量追溯和全寿命质量管理。方法:以浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)4层网络模式,融合Java软件J2EE与FLEX技术,进行模块化设计,将系统划分为医疗设备信息管理、医疗设备追溯管理及问题设备信息反馈管理3个模块,配合相关网络实施监控质量追溯数据。结果:医疗设备的开机率从原来的85%提高到了96%,设备完好率也由83%提高到了95%,患者满意度从原来的89%提高到了93%,医护满意度大幅度提高,不良事件和问题投诉明显减少。结论:该系统的使用,实现了医疗设备的24 h全寿命质量控制,提升了医院设备管理质量控制和精细管理的水平。
【Abstract】 Objective To develop a RFID-based medical equipment quality tracking system to realize hospital medical equipment quality tracking and life-cycle quality management. Methods The system was developed with B/S three-layer architecture, Java software, J2 EE technology and FLEX technology, which was divided into three modules for medical equipment information management, medical equipment tracking management and problem equipment information feedback management. Corresponding network was involved in to monitor quality tracking data. Results The medical equipment had the operation rate increased from 85% to 96% and the intactness rate from 83% to 95%. The satisfaction of the doctor and nurse was enhanced greatly, while the adverse events and complaints were both reduced significantly. Conclusion The system implements 24 h life-cycle quality control of medical equipment, and improves hospital equipment quality control and precision management.
