【摘要】 为了解决目前配网自动化设备缺乏可靠的检测方法和试验平台的问题,利用与实际电网参数相同的设备搭建真实的配电网系统。试验平台利用物理仿真和数字动态实时仿真系统(DDRTS)模拟配电网各种输电状况,并叠加干扰信号,进而对配电网自动化设备进行性能测试。同时为了测试搭建试验平台的合理性,当系统发生接地和短路故障时,对比分析测出试验数据与MATLAB搭建的模型输出数据的差异,进而验证系统的科学性。实验证明:所搭建的平台能灵活的模拟电网的各种不同运行状态,为配网自动化设备提供良好的检测环境,具有很高的实用性。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the current lack of reliable detection methods and test platform issues based on distribution network automation equipment, it is necessary to utilize the equipment which has actual power network parameters to build real power distribution system. Test platform utilizes physical and Digital Dynamic Real-time Simulation system(DDRTS) to analog various transmission situations of distribution network and the adding interference signal, to test distribution automation equipment performance. Meanwhile, in order to test the reasonable of building test platform, when the power system connect the earth and short circuit happens, compare and analysis the difference between measured test data and MATLAB built model output data, then get the verification of scientific system. The experiment shows that:the built platform can simulate flexibly various operating states, providing good testing environment for distribution automation equipment, so it has promoted value.
