基于西门子S7-200型PLC的智能供水控制设计
The Control System Design of Intelligent Water Supply Based on PLC of Siemens S7-200
【摘要】 文章以西门子S7-200型PLC为智能核心元件,设计了可能在工作/备用状态下任意切换的两台供水泵电机的自动控制系统,包括控制方案、主电路、控制电路(I/O接线图)、控制程序(梯形图),并阐明了水位信号的PLC识别问题等技术细节,经过生产实际运行检验,设计合理、运行可靠。
【Abstract】 The automatic control system of water supply pump motor was designed which put Siemens S7-200 as intelligent core components,this system could be randomly switched between operating state and standby state.This paper also described control project,main circuit,control circuit(I/O wiring diagram),control program(ladder diagram)and expounded technical detail about identifying the problem of PLC that related water-level indicating signal.Through production practice test,the design was reasonable and reliable.
