提升高职院校涉农专业发展活力的对策——以咸阳职业技术学院为例
Strategies for Promoting the Vigour of Agricultural Vocational Colleges Professional Development——A Case Study of Xianyang Vocational and Technical College
【摘要】 在综述高职涉农专业发展困境原因的基础上,提出了加大涉农专业政策扶持力度、创造良好的外部发展环境、加强涉农专业内涵建设、创新招生就业思路、培养社会专业认同感是提升涉农专业竞争力和吸引力的有效途径。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the current situation of higher agricultural colleges development,this paper puts forward some feasible ways to strengthen the competitiveness and attractiveness of agricultural professions,including policy supporting,creating good external environment,strengthening the building of agricultural profession connotation,innovating ideas on students employment,cultivating profession recognition,etc.
