【摘要】 目的:探讨老年患者头面部带状疱疹三叉神经痛经脊髓电刺激术后护理的临床效果。方法:通过规范的术前术后护理提高手术效果。护理重点为术前做好心理护理,术后注重脊髓电刺激的正确使用及维护,加强镇痛效果的观察和评估。结果:患者刺激器开启后VAS疼痛评分一般能降低到3~5分,基本能停用药物止痛,精神较入院前明显好转,食欲睡眠情况明显改善。患者的生活质量提高。结论:规范的护理方法对提高脊髓电刺激具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of post- operative nursing of elderly patients with trigeminal neuralgia due to head and facial shingles treated by spinal cord stimulation.Methods:To improve surgical results through standardized preoperative and postoperative nursing.Nursing has focused on psychological care preoperative and postoperative attention to the proper use and maintenance of spinal cord stimulation,strengthen the observation and evaluation of analgesic effects after implantation.Conclusion:The standard methods of nursing has an important role to improve the efficacy of spinal cord stimulation.更多还原
