十七烯基咪唑啉缓蚀剂合成工艺的研究
Seventeen Alkenyl Imidazoline Corrosion Inhibitor Synthesis Process Conditions
【摘要】 以油酸甲酯、二乙烯三胺为合成原料,分别设计酰胺化、环化的正交实验,产物经过红外光谱仪测试为含有咪唑啉结构的化合物,利用挂片失重法、极化曲线法测试其缓蚀性能,实验结果整理分析,确定咪唑啉缓蚀剂的最佳合成条件,原料摩尔比:1:1.2,;酰胺化:t=5.5h,T=160℃;环化:t=5.5h,T=230℃;催化剂:活性氧化铝;携水剂二甲苯添加时间:实验前。经过极化曲线测试分析,该缓蚀剂为阴极混合型缓蚀剂,缓蚀剂达96%以上。
【Abstract】 Taking Oleic acid methyl ester,divinyl three amine as the synthetic raw material,respectively,orthogonal experiment design,amidation,cyclization,product testing through infrared spectrum indicates the compound contains the structure of the imidazoline.Using hanging piece weightlessness method and polarization curve method to test the corrosion performance,the optimum synthesis conditions of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor is determined.The raw material mole ratio:1:1.2;The amidation:t=5.5 h,T=160 ℃;Cyclization:t=5.5 h,T=230 ℃;Catalyst:activated alumina;Xylene water carrying agent adding time:before the test.Through the polarization curve test and analysis,it is found that the corrosion inhibitor is a mixed type,with with 96% corrosion inhibitor.
