【摘要】 目的探讨高频超声对手及足部浅表良性肿块的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析高频超声检查后经术后病理证实的35例手及足部浅表良性肿块的超声声像图特征,包括肿块的位置、大小、形态、边界、回声、血流分布情况及肿块与周围组织之间的关系。结果高频超声检出35例手及足部肿块,与术后病理结果比较,腱鞘囊肿20例,表皮样囊肿2例,腱鞘巨细胞瘤2例,骨软骨瘤2例,神经鞘瘤2例,皮肤纤维性组织细胞瘤2例,血管瘤1例,血管球瘤1例,脂肪瘤3例,超声诊断准确率82.9%。其中有6例误诊,误诊率17.1%。结论对于手及足部浅表良性肿块的诊断,高频超声具有较高准确率和低误诊率,可作为临床上首选的影像学检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of application of high-frequency ultrasound in differential diagnosis of superficial benign lumps in hand and foot.Methods 35 cases of ultrasonographic characteristics of superficial benign lumps in hand and foot confirmed by postoperative pathology were retrospectively analyzed,which included tumor location,size,shape,boundary,echo,blood flow distribution and the relationship between the mass and the surrounding tissue.Results 35 cases of benign lumps in hand and foot were detected by using high frequency ultrasound and compared with the postoperative pathology results,which included 20 cases of tendon sheath cyst,2 cases of epidermoid cyst,2 cases of tenosynovitis giant cell tumor,2 cases of osteochondroma,2 cases of schwannoma,2 cases of skin fibrous histiocytoma,1 case of hemangioma,1 case of glomus tumor,3 cases of lipoma,respectively.The diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound was 82.9%;otherwise,6 cases were misdiagnosed,the misdiagnosis rate was 17.1%.Conclusion The high frequency ultrasound has high accuracy and low misdiagnosis rate for the diagnosis of superficial benign tumors in hand and foot,which can be used as a first-choice clinical imaging examinational method.更多还原
