【Abstract】 In order to improve the evaluation system for after-sales service quality and to strengthen the evaluation of the quality of medical equipment maintenance, this paper explored to establish a regional evaluation system of maintenance quality of large medical equipment for all major manufacturers, which objectively evaluated the maintenance quality of large medical equipment manufacturers in Shanghai in three aspects: the result of maintenance, the maintenance process, and the maintenance coverage.更多还原
