【摘要】 目的当矢状线激光线被遮挡时,分析两种不同治疗性摆位方法对放疗位置准确性的影响,为临床肿瘤放疗提供指导。方法制作头颈肩热塑膜为实验模型,通过VARIAN IX直线加速器在模型特定位置标记出放射治疗标记线并记录对应的床值,分别用方法A和方法B进行摆位并分别记录实际摆位床值与参考床值,对结果进行分析。结果 A、B摆位方式下,VRT(前后)、LNG(头脚)、LAT(左右)方向上的实际摆位床值与参考床值的差异分别为(0.35±0.65)mm、(0.88±1.12)mm、(0.63±1.37)mm和(0.25±0.75)mm、(0.9±1.1)mm、(2.43±2.57)mm。对比两种摆位方式,摆位误差在VRT、LNG方向上无统计学意义(P>0.05),在LAT方向上有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论在对矢状线激光线被遮挡的患者进行治疗性摆位时,不同的摆位方式对患者左右位置造成的摆位误差差异较大,应采用严格比对"+"标记的方法对患者进行治疗(方法A)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to provide guidance for locating tumor in clinical radiotherapy, the effectiveness of two different therapeutic set-up methods on the accuracy of the location of tumor in radiotherapy was analysed when the sagittal laser line was obscured. Methods Specific location of experimental models which made by thermoplastic film of head, neck and shoulder were marked with tag lines of radiotherapy via the VARIAN IX linear accelerator and recorded the corresponding couch position. The actual couch position and the reference couch position were set up and recorded with method A and method B respectively. Finally, the results were analyzed. Results The differences between the actual set-up couch position and the reference couch position in the direction of Vertical(VRT), Longitudinal(LNG) and Lateral(LAT) by the method A and B set-up were as follows:(0.35±0.65)mm,(0.88±1.12)mm,(0.63±1.37)mm and(0.25±0.75)mm,(0.9±1.1)mm,(2.43±2.57)mm. Comparing the set-up errors between method A and B, there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05) in the direction of VRT and LNG, and statistically significant differences existed(P=0.000) in LAT direction. Conclusion More differences originate from the different setup methods about left and right position, which causes error for patient during therapeutic set-ups when the sagittal laser line is obscured. Therefore, it is important to use the "+" sign method(method A) strictly and comparatively during the therapeutic set-up for patients.更多还原
