【摘要】 为合理处置医疗纠纷事件,降低医疗纠纷发生率,我院尝试对医疗纠纷的处置流程进行改进,并加强了事件处置后的整改以及相关科室和医务人员对此类事件的重视。经过一系列改进措施的实施并相应制定了分级管理预警机制流程,使我院2015年全年医疗纠纷事件由2014年的84例次下降至47例次,且各类型医疗纠纷事件均较2014年明显减少,表明建立分级管理预警机制更有利于医院控制医疗纠纷事件的发生,能有效减少恶性医疗事件和医疗赔款情况的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 To reasonably handle medical disputes and reduce the incidence of medical disputes, the Hospital attempted to improve the process of medical dispute handling and strengthened the rectification after dispute handling and the attention of relevant departments and medical personnel on such events. Through the implementation of a series of improving measures and the formulation of corresponding hierarchical management and warning mechanism, the annual medical disputes of the Hospital in 2015 was reduced to 47 case times from 84 case times in 2014, and the numbers of various medical disputes were all significantly decreased compared with those in 2014, demonstrating that the hierarchical management and warning mechanism was more beneficial to the Hospital to control medical disputes and able to effectively reduce malignant medical events and medical compensations.更多还原
